Hearts in Bloom Academy Childcare INC. has enrolled in the Canada-wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) program between the Province of Ontario and the Government of Canada.

 

Effective period 22, for the billing cycle October 17th-28th (payment due date October 14th), HBA has reduced the daycare fees by twenty-five percent (25%). This includes payment for registration fees.

This is in keeping with the CWELCC agreement between the Federal Government and the Government of Ontario that daycare fees would be reduced by 25% effective October 2022 retroactively to April 1, 2022, and further reduced by 27.75% effective 2023. The CWELCC rate reduction also applies to parents receiving partial subsidy.
